A 4x double bedroomed holiday home with 3½ bathrooms, situated at the entrance to Padley Gorge in the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire, with immediate access to multiple footpaths through woods, fields and over moors. Plus regular trains to Sheffield, Manchester and all the villages of the Hope Valley virtually on the doorstep. Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen comprising of 4 over AGA, 5 ring gas hob, twin gas oven and grill, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining Area- Large kitchen table that will comfortably accommodate 10 people. Living Area- Fireplace with electric wood burner effect stove. Amply seating for 10 people, Smart TV with Sky. Bedrooms - 2 of our bedrooms have 6ft, zip and link beds that can be changed in to two 3ft single beds, the other two bedrooms have 5ft double beds. All our bedrooms have smart tv's. Conservatory- Large conservatory with an additional table for 9 people plus soft seating. We supply all bed linen and towels, soap, and toilet rolls. We also supply essential kitchen items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, foil, cling film, kitchen towel, cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar tea and coffee, including 20 Nespresso pods. There is a smart TV in every bedroom with a freesat box and a smart TV in the main living room connected to Sky. There is also free Wi Fi. We have parking for 5 cars on site. Quiet rural setting in the picturesque Peak District National Park at the bottom of the famous Padley Gorge. We have electric gates into the property which will be open when you arrive. I will meet you and give you gate controllers so you can open and close the gates during your stay. Our nearest local pub is the Maynard Arms hotel which has just been refurbished and now offers great food both in the bar and restaurant. This is just a 5 minute walk from our property. The train stops at the station just across the road from the house gates and that gives guests access to all the pubs and restaurants and other facilities in Hathersage which is just a 4-minute train ride down the track!
