Relax in perfect serenity. My home is a quiet and comfy, clean, and private non-smoking home away from home. I'm in an established quiet neighborhood community in El Dorado Hills just minutes from Folsom Historic District and the American River. You'll have the enjoyment of running/biking trails, close restaurants, shopping, Folsom Lake; the American River, Johnny Cash, Lake & Natomas trails. Also, you can enjoy Tahoe (only 1.5 hrs.) Snacks, coffee and tea are available in the kitchen. Enjoy My home is now located in the beautiful and breathtaking El Dorado Hills located approximately 5 miles from prior home in Folsom historic district. This area gives the feel of nature and the mountains. You'll feel relaxed and at home in this clean and private bedroom with queen bed and private guest bathroom. Gueat parking is to the left side of the driveway. Please do not block the main garage door. I am available if needed or if you would like to chat I am available during the evening. El Dorado Hills is a highly sought after area. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and nicely lit up during the evening. There are great bike trails and wide lanes for cycling, nearby restaurants and shopping. Folsom Historic Districtis only 5 miles and offers light rail which will as far as downtown Sacramento Only registered guests are able to stay overnight at my home for insurance purposes. In addition, this is my home, not a brothel, and is not a place for guests to have a casual hook up with strangers! If that's what you are looking for there are plenty of hotels. Please be respectful of my rule.
