Bedroom 2 can be configured as 2 singles beds or one superking (superking is the default) To the rear of the property there is a utility/boot room and private rear garden ideal for a quiet glass of wine after a day at the beach or lakes The bungalow is located on a quiet corner plot surrounded with private gardens, there is parking on the drive for one vehicle and free parking outside the property at the front and side for several vehicles, Access to the Bungalow is via key safe through the utility/boot room ideal for wet coats and sandy beach wellies. I will be on hand for any queries but like to give my guests privacy to enjoy the space without interruption The bungalow is situated in the heart of Ansdell, between Lytham and Lytham St Annes which are both just a short 5 minute drive away or a few stops on the bus. The house is a stroll away from Ansdells Woodland road and all the local shops, cafes, bakery, post office, newsagents and lovely Ansdell institute located there. The train station is also on woodlands road which is perfect if you want to leave the car at home and take the one stop trip to lytham for shopping or to enjoy the bustling Lytham nightlife and many delicious restaurants or 1 stop in the other direction to Lytham St Anne's for a day at the beach. There are several world famous golf courses that surround the area and Fairhaven Lake is within walking distance for paddle boarding, sailing or bird enthusiasts. Blackpool is just a 10/15 minute drive away with all its many attractions, the tower, beach, Sealife, Stanley park and the zoo to mention just a few and there is easy access to the motorway for day trips to the lake district, dales, Manchester Trafford centre and Southport. Towels are not to be removed from the bungalow for external use The bungalow is in a quiet residential area and we want our guests to enjoy themselves but also ask guests to respect our neighbours and reduce noise pollution between 10pm and 6am
