Our lovely, large and spacious two bedroomed apartment, is conveniently located in a highly desirable location, opposite Dún Laoghaire marina and the town's DART train station. Offers very spacious open plan living, with floor to ceiling windows and dual aspect orientation, ensures an abundance of natural light throughout. Both bedrooms look out over the landscaped inner courtyard, whilst the living/dining area offers sea views from a large balcony. Finished to an excellent standard, the entrance hall leads through to the large open plan kitchen / living / dining room. The fully equipped kitchen that include integrated fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer plus hobs and oven. At the other end of the apartment are two bright double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is en-suite, with WC, Bath with Shower. There’s a separate Shower Room and WC for guests. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails and underfloor heated mats. The apartment has its own designated underground parking space. It is just across the road from the seafront where you can enjoy coastal walks and a wide variety of maritime leisure facilities. Dun Laoghaire has a many shops including the Bloomfield Shopping Centre and the Pavilions making it a retail and leisure destination. There is an excellent range of shops such as Penney’s, Marks & Spencer Simply Food, Argos and Meadows & Byre and with a host of cafes and restaurants. The area is also home to a large organic market every Sunday morning. A variety of sports clubs to suit all disciplines with several yacht clubs just across the street. There are beautiful coastal walks in Sandycove and Glasthule are just minutes away. Local attractions include Ireland’s largest marina which has a popular sea front walk, a port/harbour, Sandycove Harbour, James Joyce Museum, National Maritime Museum and Dun Laoghaire People's Park Moran Park. Other amenities include the Pavilion Theatre, Lexicon Library. There’s an excellent choice of schools and Colleges, with the Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology and UCD easily accessible. Excellent transport links are in abundance in the locality with numerous bus routes, the DART, the Aircoach providing direct access to Dublin City Centre and Dublin Airport, and in summertime there is a scheduled ferry crossing to Howth.
