A brand-new homely house with ducted air-conditioning for long term rental. It has a master room, a cozy bedroom and a sofa bed, and it is fitted with all necessities including a kitchen, living room, dinning room, laundry, parkings, and backyard. It is surrounded by a ery quite neiborbood and an international standard golf course. It is a family house. No stairs to claim. The master room is spacious with its own en-suite. The cozy bedroom is very comfortable with a single bed and wardrobe and living room with a single bed. The owner lives otherside of house with her own entrance. She will be when you need any support, otherwise, you won't see her much. The guests welcome to use all the facilities in the house, including living room TV, sofa and kitchen facilities and dining area, front and back yard gardens, outdoor space etc.; Free parking space in the driveway and along roadside; I respect the guests' freedom and would like to sincerely help the four seas guests who are lucky enough to stay in this suite. However, due to the limited English level, avoid the inconvenience and embarrassment brought to both parties by face-to-face communication with the guests.
