New, modern, centrally located small house

Welcome to stay in this newly built house of 40m2 located around greenery, only 400 meters from the Vaxholms city centre with shops and restaurants. From there you can as well take the ferry to the Stockholm inner city. The house offers a living room in an open space, one bedroom, a big loft with one one king-size bed (extra bed available) and a new bathroom. You have your own patio for meals and chill outside. The property has TV and wifi. The house has an open living-room area with a high ceiling and many windows. There is a king size bed on the loft, as well an extra thick mattress for 3 people to sleep on the loft. As well there is a bed room downstairs with one 120cm bed. From the living-room you can access to the patio where you find a table and chairs for meals as well as 2 sun-beds for hanging out. The house is very centrally located in Vaxholm with an 8 minute walk (400 meters) to shops, restaurants, bakery and the harbour. From the Vaxholm harbour you can jump on a boat that takes you to the Stockholm inner city within 1 hour. From the Vaxholm harbour you can as well access all boats that takes you further out in the Stockholm archipelago. If you come by car to us, you can park close to the house. This newly built house is located very centrally but yet in a very quiet and green area.
