Double attic bedroom with en-suite shower room.

There are 5 bedrooms altogether that are listed on Airbnb so there may be other guests in the house with you. However, this bedroom is in the dorma attic bedroom. It’s private with its own bathroom. You would have the use of the whole house, including the kitchen. There are house rules which are in the bedroom but basically this is still a family home so is to be treated accordingly. All areas of the house, less the other guest’s rooms. As much or as little as you want! Please remember that the house has 5 Airbnb bedrooms so there may be others in the house with you. Your bedroom door has a lock on but only from the inside. The other bedrooms don’t have locks on them. There’s so much around the town of Horwich. Everything you need is within walking distance and the bus stop right outside the door. The train station is only 1-2 miles away (there are two). Manchester City Centre is about 30 minutes on the train away. Bus/car/taxi/train. Free parking outside the property or nearby. There are cats living at the house too. The cleaner comes once a week to empty bins, clean the communal areas and vacuum the rooms. I do ask that you clean the shower after yourself though. If you need to use the washing machine then please ask. You’ll need to provide your own washing powder/tablets and fabric conditioner. If you want to use the microwave and oven, again please ask. The main oven can be a bit tricky to operate. If there are any issues (light bulb goes, need a towel, etc) then please message me either via here or by text/ (Hidden by Airbnb) . Please remember that I work in a school so cannot always answer my phone so a message is better as I get alerts on my watch. I will try to get issues dealt with on the same day. The front door key is a special key, only available to order online. If you lose your key then you’ll be liable for a £20 charge to replace it. (There’s WiFi at the house, don’t forget to ask for the login/password on arrival.)
