We are a quiet oasis off the beaten path. Minutes from Huntsville Alabama, and Fayetteville Tennessee. We offer one bedroom guest house with Full Kitchen, Laundry. We are pet friendly. AS AIRBNB RULES AND GUIDELINES ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS CAN BE HELD AT ANY AIRBNB LISTINGS. Thank you for your understanding. SELF CHECK IN AND OUT! We have a security gate, code will be given and instructions once you are booked, with phone number and email for communication with property owners (live on premise). Guest and pets have access to Fenced 1.5 acres shared with owner and pets. There is an additional 1.5 acres accessible via double gate; fenced on 3 sides opens to neighbor field. This is our home. We live on property and will be able to assist you with any needs that may arise. We are on a partially secluded 3.2 acres. Our Road is called Borderline as it is the state line for Alabama and Tennessee. Huntsville Alabama (Rocket City USA) is only16 minutes away with plenty of activities and tours of the Rocket Center. Fayetteville Tennessee is 20 minutes away or Jack Daniels distillery is a short 40 minutes. As per AirBnB standards and guidelines no events, parties, or large gatherings outside of typical guest stays will be permitted.
