Hilltop Escape, view, privacy

Come upstate for the weekend or longer.......and relax. Extremely clean, safe and private. 90 minutes from Manhattan and 5 miles from Taconic Parkway rests this newly-renovated "Hilltop Escape" with indoor/outdoor living, clean mid-century design, 180-degree 50-mile view to the Catskills, 25 acres of privacy with cleared walking trails and a heated saltwater pool. Close to Vassar, Marist, Culinary Institute of America, Bard, and great markets & restaurants in the village of Rhinebeck. Heated saltwater pool open May 1 thru Oct 1, wood-burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms with king beds (2 with en suite baths) fourth room with 2 twin beds / weight room with cardio equipment. Property is midway between Rhinebeck and Millbrook (15 min to each) The house sits on 25 acres but we still have neighbors, please be considerate of their comfort and keep the noise down during the evenings and nights. There is an outdoor grill and a fire pit. The layout is as follows : The house is on 2 levels, the 2nd floor with main entrance and access to the pool and grill, has the kitchen, dining area and living room, 2 bedrooms facing each other, both en-suite bathrooms and king beds, one with a shower and one with a bathtub/shower. The 1 st level has a sitting room/library with convertible sofa bed, 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 tv room with 2 twin beds, there is 1 bathroom with a shower on that floor. All rooms on the 1st floor have direct access to the sitting area with the fire pit. The house is around (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sqf. Guest will be given the check in instructions the day of their arrival. We are in a neighborhood and excessive loud noise outside around the pool after 10PM is not permitted. Covid Safety We have enhanced our cleaning protocol, we use an Ozone machine after each guest, we wear a mask and use cleaning products known to kill the flu and covid-19. The laundry is washed and dry on the hottest setting to make sure it is sanitized. There is no parties or visitors other than guests on the reservation allowed. While we are working hard to make sur every stay safe and healthy we will not be able to accommodate any early check in, we appreciate every one understanding. If you need any help during your stay please contact Sarah (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) There are security cameras in the parking area for your safety and ours, they are connected to an alarm system that would activate if the unit is disconnected or the cameras moved. Private rural property with no visuals of other houses. 15 minute drive to all services in Rhinebeck: supermarket, farmers market (Sundays), CVS, wine/spirits shops, restaurants and bars. There is no public transportation around, a car is highly recommended. We will appreciate that guest leave the house in the state they found it. The use of glitter of any kind inside or outside and tape on the walls or ceilings will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee. Garbage should be taken to the bins next to the shed in the driveway. Dishwasher filled and turned on, please do not leave dishes in the sink. Linens and towels that were used should be put in the laundry room. If the house is left in bad shape the extra fees for cleaning will be taken from the security deposit. We are pet friendly and we are pet owners ourselves. The house is deep cleaned between every guests but people with severe allergies should be aware of it.
