The "Maso Pallabazzer da Pont" is a detached house situated in the panoramic hamlet of Pont a Colle Santa Lucia. Built from one of the oldest and most characteristic historical houses in the country, the Pallabazzer Farm is a small oasis of peace that with its wooden interior and its close proximity to meadows and woods will allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. The house has a wide parking and is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a television room with a comfortable double sofa bed, the laundry room with toilet and shower and the boiler room. On the first floor the guest will find a corridor with cross vaults, the stube, typical Ladin room covered completely in wood, the kitchen with barrel vault, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace, on the second floor there are a bathroom with bathtub, two small terraces and three bedrooms: 1) a bedroom with double bed 2) a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with tatami and futon 3) a bedroom with two single beds and a loft with tatami and double futon The tatami and futon are original Japanese, the futons are 17 cm high with latex layer for more comfort. The house is close to the village where guests can find a grocery store, two bars and a pizzeria/restaurant. It is close to several ski areas and about 28 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo 1) Civetta ski area (the chairlift starts from Pescul, 5 km away) 2) Giau Pass, Cinque Torri, Lagazuoi, Val Parola and Tofane ski area (the chairlift departs from Rifugio Fedare, 9 km away) 3) Dolomiti Superski area (the Marmolada cable car and the chairlift are 16.9 km away) For their beauty we invite guests to visit the Belvedere (about 1.5 km from the village) with a breathtaking view and a characteristic restaurant, the Falzarego Pass, the Giau Pass and the Staulanza Pass where you can also do cross-country skiing
