Three bedroom Deluxe Caravan located in Combe Haven, Hastings. Conveniently situated minutes from the parks entertainment venue, bar & restaurant and indoor & outdoor swimming pool (entertainment passes must be purchased via Haven for access to these facilities). The caravan comfortably sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 as there is a pull out sofa bed. It is an ideal UK holiday for families and friends. No pets or smoking in the accommodation. Caravans are a great way to get away in the UK and spend a fun filled week or weekend with family and friends. The Deluxe caravan offers 3 bedrooms; 1 x double bed, and 2 x 2 single beds. The sofa also opens up to a small double bed. There is a shower room with a toilet and sink and an additional toilet ideal for groups. The kitchen includes a small fridge with freezer compartment and a gas cooker and hob. Kettle, microwave and toaster also included as are utensils. There is a TV with built in DVD player in the main area and a table for dining. Bedding is provided. You will need to bring your own towels and toiletries. Guests will have access to all of the caravan. Interaction with guests will be via telephone/email. All emergencies can be notified by phone. With the caravan being situated in a caravan park most neighbours will either be owners who visit frequently or other families and friends on their holiday. The atmosphere is friendly. Combe Haven offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, adventure playground, live lounge, bar & restaurant, activities & entertainment and 9-hole pitch & putt. Please note that most of these facilities are only available by purchasing the entertainment passes via Haven upon your arrival. There is parking on site for cars during your stay. The nearest station is West St. Leonard's and is a 23 minute walk or 6 minute drive. The bus 22 stops outside Combe Haven entrance. The two local towns are Bexhill and Hastings, both have shops and eateries. Hastings is Combe Haven's closest seaside and offers a small fun fair and arcades ideal for young children. They do great seafood and chip shops too! PLEASE NOTE: Entertainment passes are to be purchased at Haven upon arrival. These are not included in the cost of your stay and availability is not guaranteed. The prices vary between seasons. DEPOSIT: The security deposit shall be returned upon the cleaners inspection following your exit and providing there are no damages or missing items. Please inform us of any accidents prior to your stay ending. ACCESS: A key code shall be confirmed to access the caravan key. Please return it on vacating.
