Monticello golf, house and garden near Como

Monticello golf townhouse is located in the proximity of Monticello Golf Club. Just three minutes from the Fino Mornasco exit of the Milano-Laghi motorway, it is conveniently located to visit Como (15 minutes by car) and Milan (45 minutes by car). The apartment is at first floor of a quiet residential complex with two-story buildings, which border the golf course. It has a private garden and a large basement tavern. The apartment includes at ground floor a bedroom with double bed , a walk in closet and a desk; a living room with a kitchenette, a table for eight people, a queen size sofa bed; one bathroom with shower ; access to the private garden furnished with outdoor furniture. The furniture is new and modern. There is wifi and tv for guests. The apartment is at your disposal. In the residential complex there are also many services: Hair dresser, bank and a clothing store. Supermarkets, restaurants , farmacy and other stores are 5 minutes distant by car or at walking distance. Nearby there is the Golf Club Villa d'Este and the Golf Club La Pinetina, then Menaggio, Lanzo, Carimate. The area between Como and Milan is of great touristic interest: Lake Como with its ancient villages, Como city, Milan and the Swiss mountains are places famous all over the world. Even if they are reachable by public transport, it is advisable to have a car available to visit these places. Considering the proximity to the A8 Milano-Laghi highway, the best mean of transport is undoubtedly the car. However, only 5 minutes by car (3.4Km) there is the Trenord train station of Fino Mornasco,with frequent trains to Como and Milano Cadorna (every 30 mins).
