A quiet haven in the popular South Lakes. Set in a small cul-de-sac, at the back of Grade II listed Cark House, is this stunning fully refurbished cottage. Cartmel 2 miles; Bowness on Windermere 16 miles. Cark is well served by the Furness line railway, and features pretty streamside strolls, lovely walks to the local coastline overlooking Morecambe Bay, two fine traditional old pubs and a scattering of small shops. It is a very short stroll from here to Holker Hall. The cottage has recently undergone a full renovation with high spec furnishings and equipment throughout. Using our experience of staying in many holiday cottages over the years, we have ensured that it is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Enter the front door into a small hallway with space for shoes and coats, leading to the cloakroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space with its many windows and roof light is light and airy.
