Located quietly and tucked away in the village of Saxthorpe, Inglenook, a semi-detached cottage dating back in parts to the 17th Century, takes its name from the heart of the property, a beautiful, cosy and welcoming Inglenook fireplace. This bolthole is luxurious, yet laid-back, and is ideal for families and groups of friends who are looking for a peaceful, relaxing escape. A perfect place to stay all year round, it's stylish, sophisticated and bursting with character. This beautiful cottage, with original beams, has been sympathetically restored with top quality modern appliances, has a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and a lovely sun room which opens onto a south-facing, enclosed garden - ideal to keep children and your four-legged friends safe, and a sunny spot for a morning coffee or lunch time and evening al fresco dining. Quality furnishings and funky decor help to create a luxurious feel. There is also a snug, with a sofa, Smart television and board games and puzzles. The first floor has four bedrooms - a king with a slipper bath and separate WC, a double; a twin and a bunk room, both with 3' single beds - and a family shower room. Situated in an idyllic rural setting - as well as birdsong, you can hear water from the nearby watermill - but only six miles from the gorgeous Georgian town of Holt and its many amenities, the coast at North Norfolk can easily be reached by car in twenty minutes, and the Norfolk Broads are within half an hour, making Inglenook the perfect hideaway for discovering all that Norfolk has offer, any time of the year. Inglenook is also available as a sleeps four option with two bedrooms closed off. Additional Information: Three well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Four dogs may be considered on request, depending on the breeds and sizes. Synthetic bedding provided. The coffee machine uses Nespresso pods.
