There will be bi-weekly cleaning for guests staying over a 14 day period. During Winter season, there will be snow clearing provided as needed/required. The neighborhood has a weekly trash pick-up. Concierge service is also available upon request. Check-in time is after 2p CST and check-out time is 12p CST on the final day of your stay. For flexible check in/out times, please inquire. The home also comes with a keyless entry for a flexible check in/out time for yourself without you having to worry about keys. You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. There is also a finished basement to the home with access to the washer and dryer. The driveway is able to fit four cars in total. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed. No renters under the age of 25 are allowed to rent this property. Long term guest stays are welcome. The home is a one minute drive off of I-43 and I-94 which allows you to come and go easily if you need to hop on the freeway, centrally located to fast food, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, banks, rental car companies, etc. The home is only 3.5 miles from the airport and 7 miles from downtown Milwaukee, placing the home in a marketable area with easy access to all areas of the city. The neighborhood is tucked away in a very safe and peaceful area where you’ll come to find is very quiet at night. There is a park that is a 10 minute walk away from the home with walking paths. The major name places near the home if you need to grocery shop or grab anything close by include Walmart, Pick N' Save, Kohl's, Marshalls, Michaels, At Home, Walgreens, CVS, McDonalds, Dollar Store, El Beso Mexican Restaurant, Denny's and more. S27 & Bolivar North and South are the two bus stops located two blocks down the road. There is Uber and Lyft available in Milwaukee along with various car rental companies in the area. The home is also a short 5 mile drive West of Lake Michigan if you would like to take a trip to the Lake and visit the walking paths/bike trails that are available to you.
