At Happy Homes, you find decent, clean, hygienic place with proper lightings along with night lamps in rooms. This 1-bhk is located on 4th floor (terrace) and is equipped with a kitchenette. One has to use stairs to get to the flat. It has a balcony. This is non AC accommodation. For AC accommodation browse our other listings. These are homestays and not service apartments. Hence no room service will be available. Please feel at home. One bedroom with ceiling fan, Queen Bed, and Washroom. A living area with sofa, coffee table, refrigerator, and a kitchenette on request. We provide drinking water bottles upon checking, thereafter guests have to manage on their own. For long-term stays, we provide 20L water cans. We currently do not have a power backup facility whereas an emergency light has been provided in the room. Power cuts are rare in the area. This is on the 4th-floor terrace and one must climb stairs Free parking is available in the basement and free on the streets. Both places are safe enough to park as it's a CCTV monitored area. There are 3-4 supermarkets, salons, gyms, hospitals, pharmacies, ATMs, and other necessity shops at a distance of 50-100 meters from the property. You'll find cool and nice breezes flowing in the neighbourhood that would flow in to you room as well. You have all sorts of supermarket, pharmacy dispensaries and gym at a distance of just 50 meters. Easy public transport as well App based cab service available from the location. Easy access to Airport as the Outer Ring Road goes from nearby. There are two lanes that get you to the destination. One lane gets closed at 10 PM for the security of the society. The guests can get in through the other lane or call the host for more information.
