1920's home on College Hill

This colorful and sunny spot at the top of College hill is a 5-minute walk to Hunger Mountain Coop, 10 minutes to excellent restaurants and shops in downtown Montpelier. 30 minutes to Stowe and Bolton. Perfect for a young family or ski group. This is a comfy, come-as-you-are house. You won't find breakable fine art or couches with plastic wrap;). You will have access to a double garage, our small but cute backyard, the college green is perfect for a soccer game, and our little garden (depending on the season) yields fresh greens and blueberries at your disposal. This neighborhood is very quiet, because we are on a dead-end street. Kids play soccer right in front and we love to enjoy the sunset from our closed-in porch, or the front steps. Public transit travel on Barre street, just minutes away. The walk to downtown is easy (though a little climb coming back) We have two cats that are very kid-friendly tend to be reserved. They come and go as they please, and you don't have to worry about them escaping outdoors, they are outdoor cats. If you're comfortable feeding them, we'd like to offer a small discount ($10 day) for your trouble.
