A 3 bedroom/1 bath jewel in the center of everything STL. This safe, quaint home lays on a quiet tree lined cul de sec in University City, MO. We know it’s tough traveling at this time. Rest assure that our place will remain clutter free, and all frequently touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant . We did this before the outbreak and we’ll do it after the outbreak. Stay safe. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds A living room area, with a queen size sofa bed A back 3rd room with a full size futon All sleeping spaces have smart TVs equipped You are welcome to use the stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, microwave, glassware and dishes or anything you've brought yourselves Stairs that lead to basement with washer/dryer unit available for use if needed. As of 2022, we've recently updated the dishwasher and our washer/dryer unit Guest will have full access to the home We want guests to enjoy their privacy, but we are available as needed This home is located in University City. Minutes away from the famous Delmar Loop. Easy access to Highway I-170, I-64/40, and I-70.. Lessthen 10 minutes from Lambert airport, 10 minutes from Business district Clayton. 15 minutes from Forest Park, zoo, and into the city. Close to neighboring colleges: Wash U, FontBonne, Webster, Forest Park. Not far from area hospitals. Accessible eateries, lounges and fun nearby: Delmar Loop, Clayton or the CWE. Feel free to visit new attractions here in the city with the St Louis Ferris wheel and the St Louis Aquarium (NowOpen). FYI: With the reopening of STL due to COVID 19, many of the major attractions are requiring advanced reservations and facial coverings, please plan accordingly.
