Cute cottage, short stroll to Mississippi River!

Enjoy this well cared for Gothic Revival that is just a two block walk from the banks of the Mississippi River. This historic home still holds most of it's original, unique charm and character. Patio and grill for guests to use. Outdoor patio furniture makes for more outdoor living area. The porch is perfect on those breezy summer nights. Large parking area in front of the house. Large enough to park a truck and boat trailer! The house is a just 9 blocks up from the city boat ramp. As a rule, we try to greet our guests in person when they arrive. We to respect our guests privacy but also strive to be available to answer questions should they arise. We are available by Airbnb message, by text or phone call. Our cottage is in a quiet residential area. We try to remind our guests, they maybe on vacation, but are neighbors area not. Bellevue is pretty small. You can walk from one end of town to the other on a charming paved walkway along the river. Should you chose to drive, parking in town is pretty easy. Our cottage is very family-friendly. We offer rails for the sides of the bed for small children, a pack and play, baby gates, high chair and booster seat.
