Welcome to Rita’s House at Smith Creek This 100 year old Victorian house is the perfect getaway from the stressed and fast paced city life; it sits on a 2.2 acre waterfront lot. This house has 2672 of living area fully furnished with 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry facility and a cozy porch with a beautiful view of the creek. The master bedroom has one queen sized bed, twin day bed and a bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed, a twin over twin bunk bed and it also has the laundry facility. The kitchen is perfect for some family time while cooking, it has a small center island with bar stools and a breakfast area to the side; it is furnished with a microwave oven, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware and utensils . Enjoy our formal dinning room with a nice view that can fit up to 10 people. You can cozy up in the living room and enjoyed some of its amenities: satellite TV, books, table games .
