Private loft conversion overlooking the beautiful views of Oulton Broad. The house was built in 1890 and still has many of its original features however your room, the loft conversion was made a lot more recently than that! It comprises of an en suite shower room, a king size bed and large tv viewing area. Oulton Broad is a 5 minute walk and the National Trust area of Carlton Marshes a 5 minute walk in the other direction. Multiple beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive. We live in the house and are available to help however we are often out walking our gorgeous friendly Goldendoodle Princess so will be available by phone Central Oulton Broad is a mere 5 minute walk away comprising of fabulous cafes, bars and restaurants. Even Banksy has painted one of his artworks in Nicholas Evererts Park which is on view on the bridge. The National Trust conservation area of Carlton Marshes is located a 5 minutes walk in the other direction. If you are travelling by train the Oulton Broad South platform is literally a stones throw away and if you arrive by car there is ample off road parking. Bus stop which goes to Beccles, Norwich and virtually every village between travels past on a hourly basis. Oulton Broad South train station is 150 meters away and can take you to the beach in two stops and Norwich in 30 minutes By car the beaches are 5-10 minutes away depending on which ones you desire.
