Cozy maisonette with unique views in Anc. Corinth

The main characteristics of this charming home are its peaceful and stunning location just 80km from Athens, in the village of Ancient Corinth with some of the most famous architectural sites in the world literally at its doorstep. The house is comfortable and cozy with modern amenities, sleeps four people on both bedrooms, with optional sleeping one more in the lounge area. Visitors will have access to all areas of the house, including a large veranda and garden. Our home is perched high above the fertile plans spanning out from Corinth, and nestled at the foothills of the famous castle, the Acrocorinth. We overlook the magnificent Bay of Corinth, with a sea vista that stretches as far as the eye can see. It is an area steeped in historical and architectural beauty. Nature also plays it's part, and we are surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, orange trees and cypresses. Just taking a walk along one of the many footpaths, or swimming in the crystal waters of either the Corinthian Gulf or the Saronic Sea ( both are easily accessible ), can be both relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. The maizonette is less than an hour away from Athens and only 10' to the closest beach, it is within walking distance of a mini-market, bus stop and the famous ruins of Ancient Corinth. Its a modern house, with central heat, air conditions, hot water 24/7, screens in all openings (windows and balcony doors) and electric blackout blinds. Ground floor comprising open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, gas cooker, electrical oven, dishwasher, espresso and american coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer etc.) dining area, lounge and toilet. The first floor has two elegant and comfortable bedrooms with walk-in closets, a large bathroom with double sink, bathtub and washing machine. Master bedroom has also access to a north balcony and the large veranda of the villa, which is the perfect place to relax and also to enjoy spectacular sunsets at the end of the day with breathtaking views of the countryside and sea below. Veranda is also accessed from the staircase of the house. Arriving outside of the museum and the archeological site of Ancient Corinth, follow the road that leads to the castle. When you reach the Fountain of Hatzimoustafa go right and after about 500 meters you reach a square in front of the church of Agioi Anargyroi. Follow the road that passes in front of the mini market of the area and at the point which ends turn right towards the sea. At about 100 meters you will find the house.
