The cosy and nicely furnished apartment “Gemütlichkeit” is part of the “KronSun” apartments in Percha (Perca), a village near Bruneck (Brunico) in the Puster Valley (Val Pusteria), with direct access to the slopes and is a great starting point for exploring the beautiful region of South Tyrol. The 65 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. In winter, the nearest skiing area Kronplatz is located directly in front of the building, and many mountain tracks and famous peaks are in the immediate vicinity of the village. South Tyrol’s vibrant capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) can be reached after a 70-minute-drive (80 km) through picturesque valleys.
