Charming House (WiFi, 10min from Managua Downtown)

Nice place located just 10 minutes by car from Managua downtown (Metrocentro) in Carretera a Masaya highway. It's in quiet area apart of the noise from the city with a lot of commerce and restaurants. Just 3 blocks from the gate there is a bus station where you can take buses to Managua, Granada, Masaya, San Juan del Sur beach and other cities. I can communicate fluently in English, Spanish, Italian, Japanese or Portuguese. You will have exclusive access to a very comfortable house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, portico, laundry room and a terrace with a nice patio where you can take breakfast of rest in a hammock. Each room has a bed, but if you need an extra one. Just let me know and I'll add an additional one. The house also include all you need to have a pleasant stay. Including refrigerator, kitchen, Netflix TV, fans on each room and living room. You will have access to all the house just for you. I love knowing other people, if you want to share time with me I will be happy. But if you prefer privacy I'll let you contact me just when you need it. The neighborhood is totally peaceful and quiet. It's gated so only guests and residents and enter. You will be able to walk around without any problem. It's a 100% secured place. There are groceries stores, mini-market and restaurants just a few minutes walking from the house. You will be closer to the cities of Granada, Masaya, Rivas and San Juan del Sur (beach). Also there are many interesting places to visit around. They are around 10 minutes by car from the house. One of those places is Masaya Volcano with a lava lagoon inside it's crater. Each room and living room have fans. Air conditioner on each room is optional. In case you want to include it. An additional fee may apply.
