Bruce Peninsula Hiking trails right across the street! Ground level, walk-out to patio, and backyard oasis, with stunning views of Lake Ontario, Toronto skyline, and the Bruce Trail. Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood on a dead end street, fronting onto the Bruce Trail. Amazing hiking trails with waterfalls and stunning views. Minutes from lake Ontario, the waterfront trail and trendy down-town Burlington. Great for cycling, roller blading and jogging along the waters edge. Public transit conveniently located minutes away. This is a family / vacation home, not a party house. Please take your shoes off, & leave the place the way you found it (clean & tidy). Any dishes used should be ran through the dishwasher, if there’s only a couple dishes they should be pre-washed and placed in the dishwasher. There is a second bathroom attached to the master bedroom reserved for 8 guests or more, however if you would like to use any of it for smaller groups, please leave $20.00 on the counter upon check out. Any puke reminiscent that is found will be an automatic minimum $100.00 extra cleaning fee. Additional charges will be issued if there is any damage or requires extra professional cleaning. Also anyone here after midnight, should be staying and paying as an extra guest. This policy is in place for everyone’s safety, and can be confirmed with the exterior cameras. When booking for 2, you get the one master bedroom, any additional bedrooms needed are to be booked by an extra guest fee. Also, government issued ID may be requested upon check in. Laundry facilities are only for bookings longer than 8 days, and must be asked for in advance of check in date. Thanks. :)
