Self contained one bed/bath annexe

We are a family of four (my husband, me & 2 daughters) living in the main house with our cockapoo Pickle. Located in Grayshott with quick access to the A3, London to Portsmouth. Annexe is self-contained and has its own access. Located in our large back garden with access via garden gate from the drive. My husband and I work from home, so whilst we are delighted to be able to provide you with a separate space with your own privacy, we would also be on hand should you need us. Self-contained annexe with own front door and access. Large lounge area on the ground floor with fitted kitchenette (with storage space, sink, fridge and oven/hob). Downstairs shower room. Lounge is unfurnished (or part - can be negotiated), also has a pool table and table football and large flat-screen TV. Free Wifi. Upstairs bedroom, with double bed and hanging area. Plus small dressing room area. Outside - french doors from lounge lead to small patio area with seating dedicated to annexe. Gated driveway, with parking for one/two cars dedicated to annexe rental. Grayshott is a rural Surrey village, 20 mins walk to village: shops, pub, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, cafes, etc. Walking: opposite Ludshott Common/5 minutes drive from Devils Punchbowl. The mainline station gives easy access to Guildford, London, Portsmouth, Southampton, Southsea, etc. Lots of walks, national trust areas, Frensham Ponds and just 40 minutes from coast (Witterings, Chichester, etc). Regular bus route - bus stop one minute from house. Whilst the annexe is set up for a couple, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge, so could sleep 3/4.
