A little bit of LA history in a convenient central part of San Pedro. Walking distance to the harbor and the museums, about 2 miles from Cabrillo beach. Its a unique property with a lot of history that has kept its charm even with the addition of modern amenities. The patio space is quiet and peaceful and really helps escape the hustle of what is downtown San Pedro. Guests will have access to the use of a garage, the patio space, and all amenities in the apartment. Up to the guests preference, I can drop by hang out sometimes, give recommendations on what to do. Always available via text as well. Close to the city center life of downtown San Pedro, the USS Iowa battleship, San Pedro Fish Market, Cabrillo Beach, the Korean Friendship bell Close to a bus stop, Uber or Lyft are always great ways to get around if you’d only have a car.
