The house is located right on the beach with direct, easy access to the crystal clear waters of Psathopyrgos bay. It is surrounded by spacious yards with tables and sitting area, which, in combination with the big trees forming nice shade, the amazing view and tranquility of the sea tend to tempt you spend most of the day outside of the actual house building in the summer! Going to bed and waking up with a taste of the sea salt, is one of the main features that make this house unique. The interior of the house is formed by 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single with second pull-out bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining table and fireplace area that can offer a different, more cosy atmosphere in the event of weather change. There is also a sofa that can host one more person. The backyard consists of a garden with fruit-bearing trees that ends to the private parking area of the house. We love food and we appreciate that it is an important part of an enjoyable stay, so we can offer you a home cooked meal on any day you request it! You will be located in the edge of a small, picturesque coastal village called Psathopyrgos and in 5-10 minutes walking distance you will be able to find beautiful tavernas, restaurants and cafe-bars by the sea and a pharmacy, super market and bakery as well. There is a nice hotel very close to the property that has a swimming pool and a tennis court that can be both used with a low fee. The house is very close to Patras, 15 minutes by car. In addition, it is located 2 hours far from El. Venizelos, international airport and 1 hour from Araxos airport. Psathopyrgos is a great location for tourists who are interested in sightseeing, as it is situated in the centre of the imaginary triangle that connects the archeological sites of Delphi, Olympia, Epidaurus and Mycenae and Tiryns.
