Jakey's Fork Homestead - Creekside Cabin
On the banks of the Jakey’s Fork Creek, this cozy cabin was originally built in the 1800’s, and has just has been newly remodeled. The studio layout is perfect for one or two people and includes a creekside deck, comfortable bed, and small kitchenette and bathroom. Enjoy waking up to the sounds of the creek outside your window, and sunsets from the deck in the evening. A fire pit, hammock, and swimming hole (for the brave!) will keep you occupied while you’re enjoying some R&R. Drink your coffee on the porch and enjoy the sunsets around the campfire overlooking the creek. Many folks have been tempted to stay all summer! Guests will have access to the entire Creekside cabin (private bath, studio, and deck), as well as a creekside campfire area, picnic table, access to the stream, and unlimited star gazing opportunities. This space currently gets spotty WiFi, but guests are welcome to use the WiFi at the main house.
