Beautiful rustic cabin next to Smith Lake

Rustic Cabin on 40 Acres of land, surrounded by luscious foliage, and located adjacent to Smith lake in Royal Arkansas. Hand-built in 2000, this cabin is perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, and lodging during the Oaklawn race season. Guests are welcome to use all furniture and appliances. Includes; stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and stove, stack washer and dryer, two TV's with satellite service, two queen beds, and the seating accommodations in the living room. Guests are welcome in every room of the cabin. Guests will also have access to Smith lake, where they can swim or fish. I will be next door in my garage loft, available for anything that arises, otherwise guests will be given the key and left to their own devices. The cabin is in a remote part of Royal, Arkansas. There is a mile and a half of dirt road leading up to the cabin. GPS will get you to the start of the dirt road, guests can contact me upon arrival for directions down the dirt road. I will be staying in my garage loft, with my small dog, Bubbles. I will be available for anything you may need. I'm also happy to show you the lay of the land, there is much to see and explore!
