Newly renovated with warm soothing colors. Large, kitchen and bathroom This is a cozy, private apt with one bedroom with TV, a TV room with TV also a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom(And also a spare room). It is has recently been updated with new flooring and fresh paint. Decorated with soft soothing colors throughout the place. The whole Apt as well as the side entrance way through garage. I know that most guests are busy with their own agenda and plans so i give them all privacy they need. I may text or call to check on guests through there stay just so see how its going. I am always available by text or call and will answer promptly to questions or concerns. My neighbor is very quiet but very close to shops and restaurants. The North and South LIRR are both only minutes away. LIE, Southern State Pkwy are also minutes from my door. LI MacArthur Airport is 6 miles away as well. A car is best. I have street parking directly in front of my home. Uber and Lyft are also options. the entrance is through side garage door and down steps to your keyed entry door.
