Welcome to my small home in Great Bentley

Cute and comfortable home! Good rail links to London and surrounding towns and villages! Only 15-40 min drive from multiple beaches situated within the east of England. Great Bentley has one of the largest greens in the uk and is located within 8 miles of the oldest recorded town in Britain, Colchester. There are also a couple of lovely pubs and restaurants in the village. A quick note to say I have cat too, he is called Mr.Teddy! Welcome to my home, I live here in the property so will be about a fair amount as I also work from home. I am offering my second bedroom as a place for people to stay. Although it is a double room, it is a small property so it is best suited for 1 person. There is a shared bathroom and a down stairs toilet. I use the living room as my office so I would prefer if you only used the bedroom as your own private space for living and hanging out, etc. If I am out for the evening you are welcome to use the living room and have a fire if you feel comfortable lighting and supervising it. Please follow detailed instruction on how to light and supervise fire found in your welcome pack, I will leave the welcome pack in your room. The kitchen is also shared so if you need to use please can you keep clean and leave as you found it. I will have an optional breakfast of coffee/tea, bread, cereal and fruit on offer for guests staying for a week or under. Please let me know if this is something you would like before your stay. I may or may not be about when you arrive or for the duration of your stay, but I will let you know in advance. I will leave detailed information in a welcome pack for you, so if I am not there to show you around and explain things you will be fine. If you have any questions feel free to call or message me at anytime. Please bring your own towels! A quick note to say I have cat too, he is called Mr.Teddy! Also a polite reminder to clean and tidy what you have used in your room, the bathroom, and the kitchen. Please DO NOT leave any washing up. Many thanks, Emma :) The house is down a private road called Morella Close. There are a couple of cones you will have to move and put back every time you drive in and out if the property. Park to the right of number 4 in front of the garage door. The train station is a 3 minute walk from my front door. The property is next to a primary school so during term time you can hear the children playing outside from an early time in the morning.
