Walking distance to Media's popular State Street restaurants, cafes, shops, as well as trolly to downtown Philly. 15 min to the airport. Come see all that Media has to offer! Small one bdrm in-law style apt located on the 1st floor of a family home in Media, PA. Private entrance, private bathroom, living room w/ small hotel style kitchenette and a private bedroom. 4 windows make for a bright and sunny space. Newly renovated bathroom boasts all new fixtures and 32" shower stall. Amenities include: *fully furnished *sheets & linens provided *Walking distance to trolley, Acme, Starbucks, and Media's popular State Street (Trader Joe's, restaurants, cafes, shopping, and festivals) Easy access to Swarthmore, Media, Springfield, Broomall, Newtown Square, and both the SETPA and Trolley to Philadelphia. Easy commute to UPenn, Drexel, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, or Villanova. Sorry no pets :( We are open to long term arrangements for a single individual. Can not do more than one person for longer term stays. Wireless Internet and laundry room available, if needed. This is a private space with a separate entrance (similar to staying at a hotel or BNB). We are available to greet you & answer any questions you might have. We provide linens and towels, and toiletries, and are available in person, by phone, or by text if you should have any other needs or questions that we can address. We are happy to tell you all about the town of Media, which we LOVE, as well as downtown Philly and other fun things to do in the area. Our home is separate from the airbnb space, and therefore we do not share common areas (other than the laundry room). We absolutely love the town of Media where you will find an eclectic array of restaurants, cafes, and locally owned shops. We have regular outdoor festivals on State Street, as well as a Farmer's Market, two local theaters, and easy access to downtown Philly on the SEPTA train or trolly. From our home you can walk to both the main street in town, as well as the train or trolly to Center City. We are also just a hop away from lovely Swarthmore, as well as all the shopping centers around Springfield and Broomall. Walk to trolly or train to Center City. Please note: When submitting for dates, please provide a short note letting us know who you are and a little background information about yourself and your needs. The space is available for minimum one week or up to maximum 3 months. While we can accommodate 2 people for a short stay (up to one week), longer stays are limited to one individual only.
