Beach Villas BT-608
Aloha, this villa is scheduled to have exterior painting and maintenance that will affect your stay from July 13, 2022 to September 16, 2022. The lanai will be closed off during working hours (8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday). The lanai will be accessible after working hours with limited lanai furniture supplied such as stacking chairs etc. We understand the hesitance towards booking a property with limited access to the lanai, but remember the best views are seen from the beach…. after all, Mai Tais taste best on the beach! Between the memorable adventures to be had on the Tropical Island of Oahu and the shopping, beaches, restaurants, and bars that Ko Olina has to offer we find you will not be missing the lanai during the day! The remainder of the Beach Villas resort will be open but may have walkway and amenities limitations during this resort wide painting project. From the moment you walk through the door of this beautiful 6th floor Ko Olina Beach Villa, you'll begin to feel your worries and tension drain away. Drop your bags and walk to the lanai, opening the huge mahogany pocket doors that glide gently back into the walls bringing the beauty of Hawaii into your living room. Or perhaps grab your favorite beverage and relax on the large lanai overlooking Ko Olina's Lagoon #2 while watching some of the most fantastic sunsets you'll find anywhere in the world. At the right time of year, you might even glimpse a whale or two. Oh, and be sure to keep an eye out for the "Green Flash" as the sun sinks into the ocean! Hungry after enjoying the sunset? You can choose to whip up dinner in your gourmet kitchen designed by Roy Yamaguchi, or perhaps take a stroll across the street to Roy's Ko Olina Restaurant. Not in the mood for Roy's Asian Fusion? There are numerous other great restaurants just a short walk away. Try Ama Ama at Disney's Aulani, or perhaps Peter Merriman's Monkeypod Kitchen at the Ko Olina Station. Perhaps while you're at the Ko Olina Station, you'll want to pop into the Island Country Market to pick up some breakfast items, a bottle of wine, or souvenirs to take home with you. While at the station, you'll likely want to spend a few minutes perusing the art galleries, the specialty clothing shops, or maybe just have an ice cream cone at Two Scoops. This home is in the Beach Tower of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, which is closest to the beach. Located on the western, quiet side of the building the location provides fantastic Ocean, Beach, and Sunset views. Sleeping accommodations in the home include 1 king bed and 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen was designed by Hawaiian chef, Roy Yamaguchi, and includes a separate wine cooler. There are large flat-screen TV's throughout the home as well as a DVD and premium channels in the living room. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided and the home is equipped with a Bosch washer and dryer. Just bring your suitcase and toiletries. FREE High-Speed Wireless Internet.
