Dodge Lodge Three - Two bedrooms

We share two of the four bedrooms in our home which can accommodate up to four guests. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds. My husband and I are quiet, retired folks who will be in the home. Quiet neighborhood close to interstate, restaurants, malls, hospitals, 25 minutes to downtown, convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium, 35 minutes to airport and Indy 500 track. On-road parking directly in front of house. Newly painted rooms, ceilings, closets with new carpet throughout. We are in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with easy access to interstate, malls, Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger and CVS, among others. Easy drive to Geist Reservoir. We are a retired couple who are available if you want to chat or need help, but respectful of your privacy. Long-term guests will be able to access living room, kitchen and downstairs bath in addition to their room(s) and upstairs bath. Outdoor sun room is also available for extended stay guests (3 or more days). We live in the home, and as active retired folks are in and out playing pickelball, racquetball and biking. We can be available if you need us, but respect your privacy. We are close to Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park, Geist Reservoir, Daniel's Vineyard, Keystone and Castleton Malls, numerous restaurants, theaters, churches and stores. Bookings are only available to be made by persons 25 years of age and over.
