Seafront Villa with direct sea access

Casa Lu Impostu is situated in a beautiful and private garden with access to the crystal clear sea. A small private beach can be reached via a small cliff. One of the most beautiful beaches called “Lu Impostu” is only 6 minutes by foot. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, private garden and several terraces. Two are located directly at the sea. Wash of the sand in an outdoor shower with hot water to complete a perfect day at the sea. An outdoor grill invites you to barbecue in the garden. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms ( one is en-suite) and an outdoor shower with hot water. The open living room consist of a cosy living area with two sofas, a tv and a fireplace and a dining area with a huge table for 8-10 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a big refrigerator and a dishwasher. Guests have access to the whole house and property/ garden. No limits. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. Don't be mistaken by the placement of the needle on the map - this doesn't always reflect the actual location. The villa is located as shown on the photos. We spend most of our free time in Sardinia. If we are not around our friends Paolo and Antonella will help you with everything. The house is situated in a gated community. After 8pm you’ll have to enter the community via the pin code secured gate. The small marina of Puntaldia is only 5min away. There you’ll find several restaurants, bars, shops, a golf course, a tennis court and a supermarket. We highly recommend a car. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
