One Bedroom (Queen) w/ Bathroom, Living & Kitchen areas. Also includes a Sofa Bed, Inflatable Mattresses, & complete pool access. Gated property can easily host trailers, moving trucks, & extra vehicles. Come enjoy the luxurious emerald coast beaches during the day & quiet country living in the evening. Secluded Guest House is deeply quiet with a rich cottage feel; access to gated property is coordinated with personalized PIN code before check-in. Guests may easily come & go at their leisure without coordination with Host. Guest House has a Queen Bed in the bedroom, one Full Size Sofa Couch in the Living Room, along w/ available inflatable mattresses (twin & queen). Plenty of bedding and towels to accommodate six guests. Two Smart TVs, an Apple TV, and one DVD Player provide guests with various streaming options of their choice (personal accounts may be required). Kitchen comes fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Small oven and four stove burner included. Guests have access to a Private Pool. First two guests are included in listed price; each additional guest will be $15 per person, per night and must be included in the reservation for insurance purposes. We love having pets on the property but ask that they remain leashed as they adjust to the area and the other animals on the property (horses, free range chickens, pigs, and farm dogs). Please clean up any pet waste and place in appropriate trash bins. Adult-sized kayaks are available for rental at $25/kayak per day; does not include transportation.
