Cozy Corner West: comfy stay close to Twin Cities

We follow the Airbnb cleaning protocol for prevention and spread of COVID-19 w/our cleaning and disinfecting practices. CCW is an efficiency apt w/full kitchen in a 4-plex building, situated on a large private wooded lot w/lovely nature views. Minutes from Blaine Sports Ctr and Victory Links, TPC, Bunker Hills, and Majestic Oaks Golf Courses. 25 mn N of Mpls and St. Paul. Enjoy the beauty of MN and seasonal wildlife (60 bird species have been identified here) in the large backyard. We are doing everything we can to be in compliance with the CDC standards for cleaning and disinfecting to ensure our place is COVID19 free. This is an upper level efficiency apartment in a 4-plex complex with its own entrance and private deck. The on-site hosts keep this property well maintained and clean, and the other tenants are very quiet. The kitchen features an electric stove, oven, microwave, full size frig n freezer, toaster and kuerig coffee maker. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, micro popcorn and cereal bars are provided along with simple spices (onion n garlic powders, all-purpose seasoning, cooking oil, spray oil, salt n pepper), and cooking/baking supplies (glass baking dish, 9x13 pan, fry n sauce pans and a pizza pan). Plates, bowls, cups, silverware and cooking utensils also provided. Kitchen towels, paper towels, dish soap, toilet tissue and garbage bags to get you started. Longer stays may require guest to purchase addl supplies. The bedroom includes a sleep number queen sized bed, room darkening curtains, a standing fan, air conditioner, a monitor w/Netflix and Amazon firestick, (no local tv stations, sorry) closet w/hangers, a luggage storage rack, and outdoor camp chairs for the deck. The outdoor space features a private backyard view with picturesque pond and nature area. The bathroom comes with a number of fresh towels and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, hair dryer, 1st aid supplies and small heater. No maid service provided. Guest access: Access to all spaces mentioned in listing. There is a coin laundry on premises. Access by request. This is a self check in unit, however, we have management on the premise, if needed. Schwann’s Super Rink and Soccer Complex, Carlos Avery Wildlife Area, Han Lake Resort, Lake George Regional Park, downtown Mpls (20mn), MSP Int Airport (30mn), Rosedale Shopping Center (20mn).
