Between Evesham and Stratford upon Avon, England. Holiday cottage. 1 bedroom. Available to book now for stays from 1st July 2022. Middle Farm Cottage is situated in a quiet picturesque village on the edge of the North Cotswolds. An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. Great for walking and cycling. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The Cottage is south west facing with an open plan living/dining/kitchen opening onto an enclosed secluded patio garden. On the first floor there is a light and airy studio style bedroom with en-suite. Across the lane we have a lovely orchard and paddock which our guests are welcome to enjoy and it’s a great space to exercise your dog. There is adjacent off road parking for one car with further parking in the lane. The Cottage is situated in a small village with the local pub, The Ivy Inn (including a restaurant), a short walk away. There are several footpaths locally and an impressive historic Tithe Barn nearby. A short drive away are many attractions including Broadway, Stratford upon Avon and many National Trust properties (including the ancient Fleece Inn). Nearest shop is 1 mile. This is a strictly no smoking property. The Ivy Inn is a few minutes walk away in the village and serves food. The Fish and Anchor pub is five minutes drive away by the river Avon and also serves food. The nearest local shop and Post Office is in the next village (South Littleton). Evesham, Honeybourne and Bidford on Avon are all nearby and have a wider range of shopping facilities. There is off road parking for one car and further parking in the lane.
