Cozy Room with Private Entrance and Private Bath

My Airbnb room is a comfy place! You will enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and private bathroom. There is television service, free Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee maker and snacks. The privacy of my Cozy Room is something that guests love to experience. For the cost of a single room inside a home, guests have their own entrance to the room as well as their own private bathroom. You can make coffee every morning on the new Keurig coffee maker. There are fresh towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer. Never worry about parking because there is plenty just steps from my home. My home has a delightful little shady back yard where you may sit and read or just hang out. Guests usually value their privacy. And that is my goal along with their comfort. I give my guests space but am available when they need me. Please know that I am more than glad to give suggestions about shops, restaurants and places of interest in the area. My neighborhood is a quiet tree-lined residential section of Philadelphia. I have lived here for over 40 years and find it to be a safe, welcoming, enjoyable place to live. There is plenty of street parking, as the homes have their own garages and driveways. My home is close to public transportation. Guests find it easy to drive or hop on the bus or train to center city. It is also near several colleges, universities and hospitals.
