On the edge of the Lake District in the small town of cleator. Perfectly positioned for any coast to coast walkers. Not far from Ennerdale water and St Bees beach. Art Deco inspired small terraced house. With lovely period feature including wooden floors and a fire place in the bedroom. Currently just one bedroom with king size bed, open plan sitting room and kitchen and large bathroom, enclosed yard and patio area at the back of the property. Enjoy the view of horses in the field behind the house. It is nestled in the small Village of cleator just outside the historic town of Whitehaven. A view of Dent fell can be seen from the front window, almost completely road free walking paths available to the top and then down into Ennerdale. Extremely close drive to Ennerdale water, Egremont town and only a little further to St Bees. The coast to coast walk route passes just a few hundred feet down the road from the house. On street parking outside is free and there is usually ample space for 2 cars. If not available any surrounding roads are free to park and safe to leave vehicles overnight. There are excellent walking paths to Ennerdale near the house. A bus stop is on the same road with buses to Whitehaven and egremont, times may vary. Easy access onto the cycle path just at the bottom of the village. I will be available for calls/messages at any point during your stay.
