Spacious and quiet entire place in Castle Hill, Murrumba Downs. 6 min to Westfield Northlakes, easy access to highway to take you to city, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. 3 min walk to Coles and 24hr 7/Eleven. 35 min to city (driving or by train), 25 min to airport. Netflix on large Smart TV. Wifi Full equiped Kitchen, air con, ceiling fans, dishwasher and washing machine. Self check available The house is just for you. Covered car park only for 1 small car otherwise plenty of space in the driveway. No parties are allowed. No smoking inside the property Any damage to the house, will be paid by the guests. Please clean your dishes and place then in the respective cabinet. Place the rubbish to the bins located at the corridor behind the back door. Do not use the BBQ grill as it needs some maintenance. Check in time is flexible (anytime after 3:00 pm but check out must be by 11am as the cleaner is coming at that time to do the cleaning job. You will have access to the entire house to enjoy. The 4th bedroom will be locked at all times (storage room) Since the house is just for yourself, I will be available on Airbnb website. Send me a message and I will respond ASAP. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Coles and 7Eleven (24 hours). Easy access to highway. Bus stops just around the corner, trains station less than 5 minutes and Westfield Northlakes is just 8 minutes (major shopping centre in the area). There are many nice restaurants, cafes and beautiful parks around There. Redcliffe Peninsula is just 20 minutes away. Rubbish collection is every Thursday, please take bins outside on Wednesday night.
