The Space is on the top floor of a Victorian house built in the 1890's. It is fully renovated with a great rooftop deck overlooking the small citrus orchard. Great access the bay, and a short drive to the beach. A perfect spot to lay back and get away from the city hustle. Matagorda has a 23 mile beach perfect for fishing, shell hunting, relaxing. There is horseback riding, paddle boarding, kayaking and a bird sanctuary. Its one of the best beaches in Texas. I will provide you a key box code after a confirmed reservation.
