A basic bedroom with a SUPER comfortable queen bed in a cozy, spacious downstairs apartment (~ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq ft). Smart TV in bedroom & Living room. *Private entrance available. Downstairs area: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchenette, dining area, 2 living rooms which have a desk, comfortable couch & big chair, also 2 very comfortable, convertible couches, 60" TV & access to backyard patio w/grill. + washer/dryer use 2 separate Living rooms with 60" TV, Kitchenette with fridge, sink, and microwave, toaster over, countertop cooktop/hot plate. Dining Area Direct access to backyard Patio with Gas Grill Most people use the front entrance. The private, rear entrance is available if preferred. While the downstairs area has just about everything you would need, you do have access to the main level. Also, the washer and dryer are on the main level. We realize everyone is different and respect others' wishes, schedules, and privacy. We enjoy balance. We like interaction and socializing, but also enjoy our personal alone time. We are available by phone or text to help and answer any questions. Our neighborhood is calm, safe, and walkable...with sidewalks and tree-lined streets...friendly neighbors, birds chirping, and some squirrels running about. We're on a quiet street that ends in a cul de sac, and our house is right near the end, on the edge of the cul de sac. Luckily, we're conveniently located right across the street from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. The main entrance to NASA GSFC is only a few blocks away. There are bus stops, restaurants, shops, etc. there too. Grocery stores are 1-2 miles away. There's a shopping center with restaurants, etc. just a few blocks away with bus stops in front. It's only about a 5 minute walk. If we're available we can take you to the supermarket, etc.. which is 1.5 miles away. Some people like to walk, which takes about 30 minutes. If you use public transportation, the buses can take you to more commercial areas (supermarket, etc.) within 5-15 minutes. Also there is the 15X bus route that stops there and is an Express line to the 2 closest train stations, Greenbelt and New Carrollton, both of which are METRO Stations as well as MARC Stations. METRO is mainly used for getting around the DC area, and MARC is usually used for travel to and from other parts of Maryland. We can help you plan and get around. We're close with easy access to routes (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , and 50. Driving to: Washington, DC - 20 minutes away. Baltimore - 30 minutes. Annapolis - 30 minutes. Of course Uber and Lyft are available too. Our goal is to help others and leave things better than we found them.
