All that you need to bring is your suitcase. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. Central Air Patio space with a BBQ grill. Lake access is a short walk. I do have a dock if requested ( subject to availability). This is a one bedroom apartment however, there is a large sectional sofa in the livingroom. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking in house. You may smoke n the patio. Two week minimum stay required. $1,600 per month , $400.00 per week
