Aloha, this villa is scheduled to have exterior painting and maintenance that will affect your stay from April 22, 2022 to May 18, 2022.(May 2, 2022 to June 20, 2022 entry lanai) The lanai will be closed off during working hours (8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday). The lanai will be accessible after working hours with limited lanai furniture supplied such as stacking chairs etc. We understand the hesitance towards booking a property with limited access to the lanai, but remember the best views are seen from the beach…. after all, Mai Tais taste best on the beach!  Between the memorable adventures to be had on the Tropical Island of Oahu and the shopping, beaches, restaurants, and bars that Ko Olina has to offer we find you will not be missing the lanai during the day!   The remainder of the Beach Villas resort will be open but may have walkway and amenities limitations during this resort wide painting project. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath direct beachfront unit comes fully furnished with everything necessary for cooking family dinners or relaxing at home and enjoying the beautiful views of Hawaii right from your kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms; the master bathroom has dual sinks with a sunken tub and a separate shower. The guest bathroom also has a separate shower stall.
