Stunning Rustic Waterfront Cottage in Richmond ME

Quiet Cozy Cottage nestled on Pleasant Pond in Richmond Maine approximately 3 hours from Boston. 1 hour to the most beautiful beaches in Maine Reid State Park and Popham Beach. 1 master bedroom ( Queen bed), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Beautiful livingroom. Steps leading down to the dock. Great fishing, Beautiful scenery. Sunsets- Loons- Swimming- Kayaking - Fishing... Beautiful rustic Cottage on Pleasant Pond. Kitchen, livingroom porch overlooking the pond. Stairway down to the pond and a nice dock. The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed, 2 twins , a futon and a cot. There is a small woodstove in the kitchen, a fireplace in the living room ( Both are for Decoration ONLY). There is 2 bathrooms 1 in the master with a shower and 1 in the other bedroom with a claw tub. The water is not drinkable therefore you will want to bring drinking water with you . There is a propane BBQ grill and if you like to smoke meat I also have a new Smoker to use while staying with us, and we even have a outdoor firepit. Don't want to drag you canoe or kayak up with you? We have 2 kayaks and 1 canoe that are now included in the rental. We also have a couple kids fishing poles to use, you will just need any lures or worms that you want to use. I suggest water shoes as the shore is rocky. Come relax by the fire and enjoy the scenery or sit on the dock and catch some sun and fish. WiFi included. We have a smart TV so you can use Netflix - Hulu and all of the other things that come with a Smart TV.No cable in the cottage. We have a dvd player for any movies you want to bring. The local grocery store has a Red box to rent DVDs. We will always have our phone on us and can be reached anytime. Please do not hesitate to send a text with questions or concerns. Quiet rustic secluded cottage. There are other waterfront cottages close by, but is usually very quiet for the most part. It gets a little busy in the water on weekends and holidays as you would expect. No public transportation We love Dogs/Pets, however there is a $250.00 NON Refundable Deposit due to the cleaning that goes along after a dog has stayed in the cottage. We only have a 4 hour window before the next guests arrive to get all of the fur off everything prior. Thank You for understanding
