 Aloha, this villa is scheduled to have exterior painting and maintenance that will affect your stay from February 24, 2022 to April 21, 2022. The lanai will be closed off during working hours (8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday). The lanai will be accessible after working hours with limited lanai furniture supplied such as stacking chairs etc.   We understand the hesitance towards booking a property with limited access to the lanai, but remember the best views are seen from the beach…. after all, Mai Tais taste best on the beach!  Between the memorable adventures to be had on the Tropical Island of Oahu and the shopping, beaches, restaurants, and bars that Ko Olina has to offer we find you will not be missing the lanai during the day!    The remainder of the Beach Villas resort will be open but may have walkway and amenities limitations during this resort wide painting project. This Ko Olina Beach Villa is located on the 14th floor and comes with full ocean views! After your stay here, we are sure you will agree that Ko Olina is one of the most beautiful resorts in Hawaii. The Beach Villas are located on the number 2, Honu lagoon just south of the new Aulani Disney Resort. Our 14th-floor penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and can sleep 6. Sleeping accommodations include a sofa sleeper in the living room with a full foam mattress, one king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom that can be converted to a king-size bed. A Pack and Play Crib is also available.  The condominium has 180-degree ocean views that provide incredible picturesque sunsets. The luxury kitchen was designed by Roy Yamaguchi and includes Sub Zero and Wolf appliances that will allow you to cook fantastic meals for yourself or your family. You will enjoy pocket sliding doors that slide completely into the wall making the entire condo feel like you are outside and closer to the ocean breezes and enchanting views. Everything is provided for your stay. A complete set of non-stick cookware, utensils, glasses, dinnerware, baking sheets and storage containers, boogie boards, beach toys, masks, and snorkels are all provided for your use if you want to stay in and relax. Free WiFi is provided and we have a Wii game system set up in the living room, along with free Netflix which has thousands of movies available and digital cable HD TV with Showtime movies in all rooms. Our villa also has two parking spaces available. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and checks. There are also many fabulous restaurants close by which include a Roy's here at Ko Olina.
