During a week-end or on mid-week, with friends, colleagues, with children, on couple or alone, Come and load your batteries with the pleasure of human contact and that of nature. We have shared our own experiences to offer you the richness of this land and our haven of peace a multimodal house that will allow everyone to disconnect, to oxygenate, to laugh and dance and in the end decompress and load batteries with positive energy . In a green setting located 1h30 from Lille and Paris, you can: - gather in group or relax with your family in this large functional house of 400 square meters with beds for a maximum of 11 people including 1 baby, - enjoy the open outdoor terrace and the completely flat garden with a large lawn of 500 square meters directly overlooking the Escaut river, - stroll along the Canal de Saint Quentin, taste the charms of the village of Bantouzelle (450 inhabitants) or discover the treasures of Cambrésis and our beautiful region of Hauts-de-France by visiting the Abbey of Vaucelles, the Ferme des Sources or the regional natural park of Avesnois. In this accommodation, the ground floor includes: - on the street side: a master bedroom (1 bed for 2 adults and 1 baby bed), a large living-dining room (1 sofa and 1 convertible sofa for 2 adults) and a huge garage (80 square meters ) with separate toilet. - on the garden side: a fitted, bright and spacious kitchen, which opens directly onto the large garden and the river. There is also an access to the bathroom and toilet. - in other words, the ground floor gives level access to all the living areas which are necessary for a pleasant stay. Half-level, you access an additional master bedroom (1 bed for 2 adults) then a staircase leads upstairs and to the largest of the bedrooms with 4 single beds (for 4 adults). On the first floor, two desks located in the bedroom and on the landing allow you to work in a quiet environment. This accommodation is easily accessible thanks to the proximity of the A26 highway, exit 9 (1h30 from Paris and 1h from Lille). It is also possible to park up to 3 cars directly in front of the house (and even more in the street since it is a village with free parking). The rooms reserved for the owners (cellar, attic and lean-to in the garden) are marked with a "no entry" sign.
