Charming Home In Old Town Manassas IV

Healthcare workers welcome. Perfect for business travelers, long term stays, students/interns. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Plenty of free parking. Located near historic Old Town Manassas, the lower level of this home offers a private and spacious bedroom with a place to work or study secluded from other guests. There is a convenient mini kitchen within the bedroom, separated by a door. Guests are welcome to use the full kitchen on the upper level as well. I am taking extra cleaning precautions at this time based on AirBnb's recommendations. The home is very quiet and peaceful. There are no pets or small children. While the photos show one full bed, I have a twin mattress available. Guests can access all areas that are pictured in the profile plus the laundry room. The laundry room is off limits from starting at 9 pm at night until 9 am. I love interacting with my guests; however, I do give them space but am available if they need anything. Quite and safe neighborhood. Neighbors keep to themselves but are nice and helpful. The Manassas train station is about a five minute drive and services Amtrak and the Virginia Rail Express. Taxi and Uber are also an option. This listing is on the lower level of the house which a bit cooler than the upper level. This is great during the summer; however, if you are very cold-natured during the winter months, you may want to bring warm clothing. I can furnish adequate blankets and quilts.
